Product Features
The housing is die-cast from high-strength aluminum alloy with an electrostatic powder coating finish.
The LED light source is from an internationally recognized brand, offering high efficiency and energy savings with long-term maintenance-free operation.
A specially designed constant current power supply delivers high efficiency, low power consumption, and constant output power, with built-in protection against open circuits, short circuits, and overheating.
Integrated structural design features separate compartments for the light source, power supply, and wiring, utilizing a special heat dissipation structure to ensure rapid heat dissipation from both the light source and the power supply.
The transparent cover is made of tempered glass, resistant to high temperatures and thermal shock.
Effective sealing structures are provided at all mating surfaces, with seals made of silicone rubber that offer high temperature resistance and anti-aging properties.
When installed using flange or guardrail mounting, the lamp post is made of galvanized steel pipe with an electrostatic powder coating for dual corrosion protection. The straight and bent sections are welded together for enhanced safety.
